I was OOM a lot as well, you just have to look at your overheal (Skada/Recount) and tweak the settings so it doesn't overuse an ability (it should do this automatically but sometimes it gets it wrong.)

My monk is 98 right now. you know I will be tweaking the hell out of the setting to get endless of my monk. I was endless with my druid 1 hour after I hit 100 with this CR (before you had all the good stuff in/fixed) Also have a shaman at the same level.
 
Wow, and I mean Wow, these changes have been fantastic. Mana not dropping below 80% in dungeons, the healing logic is superb! Well done!
 
How do i disable the use of Divine Protection and Divine Shield? CR keeps using if and its set as 0.
 
what do u expect if u don't play ur monk right?
u'll get oom fast, if u don't fist since ur not able to get enough crit without cranes zeal to maintain ur manaregen.
and u won't get enough crit before 6.2 i think to even think about not fisting.
if u dont wanna do that, play another class, since the monk is played this way.
its not a lazy ass, staying behind and cast the hell out class like other healers. u'll need to move a lot and switch stances manually

and with ur 11% crit u should change ur equip. crit > ilvl

u'll still need to learn how to play the monk, since he's the only healer, where u have to switch between healing and manaregen (at least with the current ilvl), and thats something the CR isn't doing for u (yet).

Have to disagree with your post. One of our best guild healers is a monk. He is doing Challenge Modes, and raiding with us in 7/7 normal 2/7 HC. I asked him the stuff you mention, he said it was absolutely "not correct". Fistweaving is a waste of time, and useless atm.
 
hello there , im trying to do BG with this profile but it seems there is some bugs it dont dismount during the battle and he dont heal raid members only heals him self
 
hello, what is the best spec for priest in raid/dungeon with low gear, i mean what spec handle better mana without much tweaks?

I'm doing fine myself with the monk, so i don't know why, my statement should not be correct. and fisting isn't useless, its part of the fun of the monk. why shouldn't i use it? and u can't tell me, that he's getting the same mana-amount without fisting. and jeah with a good setup u can CM with the monk, too. but u can't expect to just start cm with a random group and be the king. i'm more interested how far he comes in PG.
