I can tell you out of the box that I ranked higher than using the other CR(s) for Holy. The various settings and control you have with O2 is the best IMO. It takes some dedication on your part to get the settings just right for your gear setup. Below is one of those attempts with out of the box settings (the butcher attempt). The other attempts were tweaked by me:
Heroic Butcher

Unfortunately my guild's disc had to leave for work for almost 3 weeks so I've mostly been stuck being disc with little time for holy. This CR is nasty as disc and I consistently ranked 90-98%. However I got O2 for Holy and I'm still working on tweaking my Holy settings for T17 4 piece. Once I get some more testing done this week, I will upload them (You can share settings with this CR via the built-in GUI). As Wulf suggested, there's a trial you can test it yourself. One thing though is I'm guessing Honorbuddy will be down during the patch. Might wait to start that trial until HB is back online.

hopefully, changes will be made to when chi explosion can be casted, and certain spells re-prioritized. There weren't many changes to monks aside from chi explosion being able to be cast while soothing mist and a % increase for most other talents.
I use jeferys settings. I have made small changes to surging and env (upped them about 10/15%) and set up lift to false to stop it eating chi for lols.
think i maybe screwing this routine up a little.. I tried healing MW monk in an lfr but it did nothing. i had to use tuahna routine to heal. wasn't the best option but only one available. if i have to input something could i get some help please..wanted to try monk healing for ages and it seems 6.1 has boosted them

It says in HB that it casts it to "get chi" even though chi is full. Really annoying cause it eats mana, also doing it while fistweaving.

It casts what? You guys all have to be more descriptive when you have an issues. Posting just a log and leaving a one line comment does not tell us much if we do not know what we are looking for.

have pretty big problem with holy Paladin.
It doesn't matter what i put in AoE Healing Spells for Holy Prism or Light of Dawn it will not use the spells unless they are checked in Dynamic Healing to True.
If they are in Dynamic Healing , Light of Dawn cast at 1 holy power regardless that is set to minimum2 and Holy Prism will cast at health % regardless of number of targets from AoE settings.
I want Holy Prism and Light of Dawn to only cast by the AoE Healing spells rules, not dynamic. Any help ?

I started to reply to your questions but realised you do not have a log, as i am having a hard time understanding what your issue is, a look at your log will at least paint a picture of your settings and what you're trying to achieve.
Thanks!, You can find user submitted custom settings in the GUI under "Settings Manager". Seeing as you did not attach a log or tell us what talents or ilvl you are (because everyone that posts issues nowadays thinks we have a direct link to their minds xD ) I cannot recommend any settings. Its easy to say "I am going OOM a lot" but what are your circumstances ? do you have the correct talents and glyphs, are you low ilvl, are you in LFR and you're the only healer healing, etc, etc. Help us help you by filling in some of the easy blanks for us.
