Option for HB to restart periodically?

So after finding this IoC issue to be a pain in the ass but at the same time was easily fixed by just hitting Stop/Start I thought maybe an option could be added that if 5-7min passes and HB hasnt done ANYTHING, it would atomically Stop/Start itself.

Just an idea
