Only two processes can Login

I can only log in two SESSIONS, but I bought a 3 UNLIMITED SESSIONS
When I log in the third SESSION, it shows like this ……

In this page https://www.buddyauth.com/User/Sessions I enter my key,the"CURRENT SESSIONS" show nothing……

Because I can not Attach Key in the page： https://www.buddyauth.com/User/AttachKey it show "Key already claimed"……
