Only grinding no questing?

Is this the new way to level? Because i can not find a questing bot anywhere? trying to do a 1-100? anyone that can help please comment

If you're located within the German area, or you downloaded the German HB install, then you won't have the Quest bot as it's not allowed in the German areas, nor is gathering.
