Only attack rares and elites?

Is there an option to have the bot only farm rares and elites in rifts? skip all trash?

Yes just increase the 'cluster size' slider in Routine tab high enough that it wont trigger combat. It will still fight if it gets stuck or the path blocked by monsters as a safety precaution.

If you find yourself getting stuck turn down the wait setting to get unstuck. Its preset to 1000, I found this to be to high. 200 is to low.
