Just don't buy from any chinese key sites, i did that and after transfering the money they asked me to send a copy of my ID to them, which i refused to do. Then they ignored me until i filed a paypal complaint to get my money back.

I've always bought from allcdkey.com, they're pretty quick about getting you a key, if not instant.

They are not cheaper though.

If you pay through paypal, then id is nessisary so they dont get screwed. You can pay with a credit card at G?nstige CD Keys, Gamekeys, Gamecards von Steam, Origin, Blizzard kaufen uvm. - Crystal-Games.net if you dont want to send them your id. They have russian cdkeys.

You don't have to wait 72 hours to get past lvl 13, without having to go to the store. Also, it's for those of us that aren't poor =)
