Just do the forgot password function on that site. It'll send it to the email you bought HB with.
Edit: I gave false information. Looks like the auth portal has been heavily updated, and I didn't see a "forgot password" link anywhere.

They have to make sure it is a secure setup when adding those things. It shouldn't take 3 days, but it should be up soonish. I'm not their web dev so I can't say when or give an approx time/day
