One of my D3 account is banned, do I need to format my computer and install WIN7?

One of my D3 account is banned, do I need to format my computer and install WIN7 to keep using Demonbuddy?
If I do that I could keep using demonbuddy for another D3 account without keep being banned, is that correct?
Please answer me Leng-wait for it -dary!
