One day HB key not working

Hello guys,

Ive been a user of HB in the past and I recently came back to wow so I gave HB another shot (Was really impressed back in the time XD ) so I bought a 1 day trial but Ive followed what they said which is use your key has your username and let the password field blank ,but everytime I get "authentification failed" :*( Since I already had an account with this e-mail,my key is suppose to be related to my e-mail but when i got the page to see my key : I see the old one I had in the time but I dont see my 1 day trial in the "Active" so I cant use the bot

Hold on tony, If he's getting auth failed whats the chances of it just being the same issue as everyone else in the past hour?
