On launch Honorbuddy gets 'is not responding' white window. Restart does nothing.

Hey man, I'm not sure you understand. When I start HB it instantly turns white and windows says it has stopped responding. It doesn't even get a chance to make a log.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable
restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Tried the Buddywizard and that didn't help. In the end I reinstalled windows.
It doesn't crash anymore.
