I have like 4 furnaces in HC.. Didn't know this item was that "rare"

2500 or 2900 dps, 6% or 8%. Still does the job no matter what imo. I burn ubers and RG's down in mere ticks in between soul harvests sometimes i don't even harvest because the procs are doing 3mil every other tick of haunt/swarm/nado. Didn't read past OP but as soon as you reroll that IAS for a socket, itll drop 100dps or so. Unless you reroll 1100 int anyway, which would be even more loss.

Why? because of the dex? It doesnt matter, what you want is the proc that it gives.
