Omg! Help :/

Hello!

Thing is this...my email has been closed down temporarly by Live team...it was stolen and it sent lost of spam out..so they locked it for now

My problem lies that my username/password for HB was in there Now i cant start the new version of HB i downloaded today.

Is there anyway to retrieve password and such to my alt. e-mail?

Would be much appreciated!

only bossland can fix this for you, as i imagine you will need evidence of your purchase.

But you have 46 posts? Is your 1st time downloading today? Or before?

Yes i understand that hes probably the only one yes...and NO ofcourse no...only trhe new verion that came the other day...it requires to fill out the fields for login upon fresh install.

Cant your remember them? I woulda saved them into a .txt file.

Nope i cant remember a random set of numbers and letters...i alwaysjust copypasted them from my inbox to every new version.

And ofc...maybe you would copy...i didnt since my mail has always been accesible since i got it like 10 years ago.

Oh well...have to wait for mr Bossland and see what he says.

Ill bump this and hope that someone in the staff can provide me an answer... i know i made a dudu with the topic text...should have stated more clearly what i wanted help with.

It seems i wont be getting my mail adress back from Live team But i have another email as stated above.

Hoping for a positive response from you guys! I really need my login pass again /cry
