But i was left between a rock and a hard place.

I sent bossland a msg asking thim to come on the thread aND clear this up.

As I understand You can find it now separate because Gatherit is not in Omation anymore, so they are split business but at the end users lost profiles for which they pay, Buddy Store yet far away from fare stuff...until it will not be controlled more strict...
 
yea but he said that all who bought the old package will get the updates ! holy I want my money back..
 
I want a refund, I paid 120 AUD dollars for this, his gotten rid of the proflies I USE. I have no need for this anymore also i have not even been using this for months .
 
if we are missing a profile you were useing please state what profile it was.

and we will put it at the top of priotiry list to reinstitute into the pack.

We didnt get rid of anything more a mater of a parters capitol contributions were returned to him since he is no longer with omation creations. We have already taken care of alot of the popular profiles I am sorry if we missed a couple in the fall over.

Let us know what they were and we will have them created again shortly.

Yes the people that bought the old package and the new package will receive the SAME service. This price change was forced upon me and was NOT my choice.
 
Where are all the files for this profile.. Has it been Nerfed? I paid a ton for this and now..

and further more. We will be continuing to trying to provide you with the same service you have always received while taking a more than 70% pay cut. So for anyone who dosn't like the fact that myself and team are repopulating package as fast as i can while still producing new content can cope.

I mean realy we are missing aprox 79 files MOST of witch were GB2 profiles for MOP and earlier.

Yes I am aware of some major things missing

MoP Rep
are the big ones that comes to mind. But they will be back in the pack in short order along with a bunch of new things here.

I have no control over refunds Heck honestly i couldn't tell you if you people were trolls or actual users :) We do not get to see that information.

But this will be the last post on the topic any further non constructive posts will be reported for deletion.

If you notice the pack is missing a file you would like or notice that is missing please give up a shout and i will change it on the priority list.

ALOT are missing, the good as large MOP key farm/grind and for stone for mount. thats gone . ALOT MORE IS GONE.

After this period of time we;'re unable to issue a Refund, because all money from the store are for their developers, so as you well understand we can not Refund money which we do not have...
what do I do now? I feel as i got hardcore ripped off and lost so much money? would the dev give me a refund? even half money back?

Worst case scenario, you'll have less profiles or receive substitute profiles over the course of following weeks/months (Reviir seems to push stuff like it's his life).

Best case scenario, he'll figure out something with Gatherit to offer users of the old package the same content. Something along exclusive rights to include it in the old package.

Thank you for keeping the peace here. It seems like Reviir is still dedicated to this project, and will be updating as it comes along.
HB went through a huge change recently, and everyone just needs to calm down a little. The product has worked well in the past, and will return to that state. It just needs so patience.
