The profile seem to have a min level of 100. i guess your toon is not level100 yet?
In any case, it will get updated with min level of 90.

[Fix] Fixed Poundfist. [Tweak] Changed the MinLevel for the WoD mounts profiles to 95 down from 100.

I am still getting this error from this profile. I just purchased the profile today and cannot run Honorbuddy with the suggested settings of Questing. I get the same error message. My character is level 100.

Has anyone confirmed if this works yet? How about the addition to the location noted above (42,25) Thanks!
