old shop to new key problems

hi

i ve been running this bot for a while now - offen on two pcs and it usually worked .
so now i get these emails - i used the latest - with the latest key - and it runs on pc 1 (1 session) so far so good.
i try running it on pc 2 and nada - invalid product key. its supposed to be life time and has always supported 3 sessions.

using the same email u used in checkout page and use the keys you can see there

yes i did that - the same key that shows up in the last email shows up on authPort, its the key that works on pc1 but not on the second.
is it because of the diff ip? i dont understand - i have been running buddy on two pcs for over 2 years now. i cannot test on pc1 for second or third session.
