Old auth key not working gives some wierd message

Basically i havent played wow for a while therefore i havent used honorbuddy and now when i try to use my key it says " You have entered an invalid key. if you are using an old shop username, they are converted to key login and sent to your registered email address. Please use your key to login." I know this is the correct key however as i copy and paste it right from my authbuddy thing.

Hi, Masammeg,

I've never heard of the Auth portal providing an invalid key. You might make certain that your copy-n-paste doesn't include an extraneous leading or trailing space.

Other than that, this article might provide some assistance:

Your last resort is to contact the BosslandGmbH front office ([email protected]) and have them re-issue your key.

So there hasnt been a change within the past few months that would of affected my key?
 
I went to the link above i copied and pasted my auth and i still got the same error.
 
if you would like you can pm me the key your trying to use and ill check it, just make sure to include a link back to this thread so i can follow up.

if not then send an e-mail to support with the key your trying to use and let them now whats going on so they can check it for you.
