Old 3600 day key not working.

I've bought a separate single day pass, which worked perfectly fine.
But my old 3600 day pass is no longer working, please could I have answers to this.

I don't remember this when I bought the key, I have the key in my email but It wont work.

It says here: It's valid until: 3/14/2022 4:17:33 PM

but then it says: Expired on: 4/30/2012 8:47:09 PM

Why is this?

Literally just tells me 'Authentication failed!'

In the key menu it shows the key I bought, but says it expires in 2022, but it's been expired already.

Please help.

You need to email [email protected]
With the key and describe the problem.

Sorry the code I was trying it not the same,
The code that lasts for 3600 days came with this message in the email 'Please put this Key on the Login Window of Honorbuddy do not use any Password, this Key has 1 Sessions and lasts 3600 Days from the time of first use.' yet upon attempting to log in says 'Authentication failed!' could this be because I'm using a new pc?

also add an exception on your firewall and your antivirus for Hb and
