Theres not much to do about this other than wait untill the profiles gets coded properly. Pandaria is the most advanced quest area so far, and I'm convinced that Blizzard are doing to intentionally to make it "impossible" for botters to do, cause lets face it, questing is by far the most safe way to level up. Anyway these things happen no matter which profiles you are running especially in Pandaria, but even the 1-58 profiles gets stuck somewhere or the bot can't figure something out. As stated above, its a script. Its precoded to do a certain thing, so if somethings doesn't match the profiles command it can't think for itself to do it differently. Which is why you cant and probably never will be able to 100% AFK level a toon from 1-90. I see your problem if this happens every half hour, but then as some one before me suggested you, pick another way to do 85-90. Grinding, Archeology, Gathering everything yields experience these days.
As for which profiles you can run without problems, these are my observations with Kicks really awesome (no, that is not sarcastic) Pandaria profiles:
The Jade Forest runs smoothly, without any problems at all. I have experienced 1 time out of 25 that the toon got pwned by some Alliance players in the middle of an escort quest or something and the bot then got stuck "waiting for object to spawn" - and maybe 2-3 times out of the 25 it has got stuck on the "Listen to XXX's story" quests.
Valley of the Four Winds is something i try to avoid. There is the Water my Vegetables-quest where the bot always screws up and take about 2 hours to complete it for some reason. And down the rabbit hole where you have to escort some female panda out (Mirna or something), because of the rabbits running away when they have 10% hp left, they will pull the entire crowd of mobs and so far no Class have been able to handle that for me.
In Krarasang Wilds there is too many things to bot cant handle itself which means I have to do stuff manually too often plus I have experienced a lot of "getting stuck" on questgivers that has no quests to give or in general getting stuck for no reason as far as I can tell.
In Kun Lai Summit there is a few interactions needed but the bot tends to (5-10 out of 25) go either out of the map, swimming for eternity untill it dies or for some reason taking an insane path to the repair vendor, along the beach up north and getting killed by the giant elite crabs.
Townlong Steppes is really great, with not many interactions needed, though the Klaxxi looking mobs spitting crazy fire from the chambers of hell are impossible for the bot to handle itself, and thers is no pop-up there, which is a big mistake.
So this only confirms that 85-90 can not be quested AFK at all, you will need to be near your computer if not watching over it at all times.
