After spending god knows how long getting my hardcore bots up and going, all my DB instances stopped for whatever reason. When they stop my bots sit there do nothing and after 30mins of getting raked by whatever little piece of crap monster is around, they die. WTF?!

Can we please get notifications for nav-server restarts? Or at least QUIT DB so my Diablo quits too? Something? It is oh so very frusterating when these bots are armed to the teeth have like 34% block barbarians, 35k life, and decent resists, only to see them dead, because of a nav server restart or whatever and lose all the time and effort put into that crap.

Please, fail-safe, crash all the db's, something, don't just have the bot stop in the middle of a run.
 
Check the Anti Idle Plugin in the Plugin Section.

I'm sorry for your loss.
 
I wonder if this is an issue with Barbs and the new DB, because my DHs have been running for many hours without any problems, yet a friend of mine has been messaging me throughout the day that his Barb kept on just standing around doing nothing every few runs.

One difference between my friend's setup and mine, other than the class, is that he is still using the EMC plugin, whereas I am not using any plugins.
 
I would love to bot hardcore the gold sales are truly profitable but losing a character is not. I would be entirely to chickenshit to bot on hardcore and not be there. Or I would have faith that my NPC follower and pets were of enough DPS that if my character did stop using skills the followers/potion plugins would save me on their passivity.

The loss sucks but the lesson is good. Also having a dead character in your play history is probably better for your account than not. Makes it look far less botted if you have some deadies kicking around.
 
My DH's will all of a sudden stop and the debug reads "Session invalid" and make me login again (using only a fraction of my keys).

I have ideas on how to avoid this with Monks and Witch Doctors though, not 100% effective, but would reduce the risk significantly with death-revives skills and pets (mystical ally), also the AOE dmg aura... etc... sooo ya. That's what I'll do with the next crop, also like the Anti-Idle plugin, but it likes to auto-load scripts and I don't like having a db folder for each instance, currently using 1 folder for 12 bots.

What script, what plugins. Also I think by upgrading you are reducing the chance of being banned by warden. That is why whenever I get the message to upgrade I do it. I got banned when I was using a version 2 versions back. My advice is get it working in this version.

not good advice. very often the latest version is the most buggy. i was using 173 for a LONG LONG time... and i might go back... this latest version is. well. pretty bad =\

Notification click ok plugin. The issue is, all the bots were in the middle of runs, and they all stopped simultaneously and didn't exit db or start back up, they just sat there in the middle of wherever they were on the run. Really has nothing to do with upgrading, just when they update the nav-server or restart it, it can stop your client.
