I have a total of 5 accounts ( I multibox Death Knights from time to time ) All 5 accounts are on a BNet account.
The main account has a Guild Bank for both realms I play on as well as the AH characters for each realm. This account does NOT do any botting whatsoever. All AH winnings are kept in the Guild Bank, should I keep the gold on the character instead?
Accounts 2+5 have Ore/Herb farmers for the first realm. They also each have a bank char that transfers all mats to the GB from the mailbox so the bots arent directly linked to the guild bank or the auctions.
Accounts 3+4 have the same setup as 2+5 just on the second realm.
As far as I know, this setup keeps my main account from being directly linked to the botting accounts in-case one of them gets banned. Being on the same BNet account might affect this somehow but last I checked Blizz treats each account as its own when it comes to infractions ( correct me if Im wrong )
I only bot a MAX of 6-8 hours a day and I NEVER leave them un-attended unless im just running out to 7-11 or something. I also try to do atleast one Dungeon and BG on each to break things up a bit.
Other than connecting through a VPN which I dont want to do, is there anything else I can do to better protect myself from the all mighty banhammer?
