I am resistend to posters that just made their accounts, you are the "i do not get it" people.

To the others, believe it or not, the post was made after the reaction of the people in this very forum. Especially the "i do not get it" people.

For the rest: It is done, and it will be working good enough soon. Our asian customers will be as happy as the rest of our users, once everything works as expected.

For the ones that do not stand black humor, o not read what i write, it typically is full of it. For the ones that can not use Demonbuddy due to our difficulties with the live system, it happens, often, even to multi billion companies.

You are free to roar here, it will not be censored.

Not sure if you realise but some of us who paid for this programs are working in companies if not big firms all over the world. We pay for this service because we do not have the time and leisure to sit all day and play manually.

Those of us who had been working long enough knows a thing or two of how proper company react to these type of situation. There's professionalism in business companies, you never ever mix it with your personal feeling when you response to client complaints.

If you haven't noticed, most of those who replied in this thread are frustrated with this so-called "black humor" from the only official post.

I seriously expected more from the official to handle this situation in a more professional way - few days without a proper official thread and then this type of response from an official? I seriously expected a more mature post from a mid 30s staff.

When people see a post with [Official] in the subject, they will expect something professional, efficient, and courteous. Not something like 'black humor' or whatever you call it, nor that condecending tone of yours. If this kind of tone goes on for what will post officially for the company, good luck.

I never have been nor will be the whining type, but deeply disappointed at how things have been handled now.

The time you have spent reading and writing here could have been used to push out a working DB...If you are mature enough you would already know people in forums ALWAYS will say "shits" and complain about everything therefor you would never get yourself involved emotional like this. Action speak louder than words, we aint no fool nor blind, if you really care about your product and your customers we can see/feel it and the opposite holds true too.

+1 on this. The official statement was both unprofessional and served no purpose in responding to the client base. Might as well have saved us all some time and just make an empty post titled "Deal with it".

I counter that with, have you tried other bots? they are terrible compared to DB, no wonder they update them so fast. there isn't much to update!


My advise, try another one while DB is down, it'll at least get your fix. I am unsure why everyone flips out over DB anyway, HB is understandable, but D3 is basically a single player game masked as a multiplayer one, who cares if you fall behind a bit.
 
As long as the darn thing works and the bot dose a good job and we get more out off it then a person that actully do steal the program. I don't really care.

@sisthunder - it seems i handled you very well, you did not even need a forum account for years, all our stuff was just too good to comment on, now there is this minor issue and you go nuts

@demonD - i am no programmer, i barely can use the search engine to find what i search for, and mostly i hang on something different and time passes by, do not count me in on this fixing project

If I worked on something I was paid for (small or not), I'd face the music like a proper business. You don't get to hide when people's money is on the line. Regardless of how you feel about them. Also there's plenty of reasonable people that post here. If anything, make a communicative post for them. Disregard the people that are bitching. Don't feed it by posting passive-aggressive "OFFICIAL" announcements.

I'm not necessarily mad at the fact that it's not working right. I get it. I work in IT. In fact my bot has been working mostly fine. I am mad at the tone in both posts. Pretending like the customers don't matter when it is us who are paying for them to work on a "video game" bot. Also don't kid yourself, it might be a video game bot, but they're making serious money (between all bots) and I'm certain this is their livelihood for a lot of them. Which you would think they'd be a little more friendly and approachable about everything.

one thing that annoys me a bit is the forum clutter, can we get some old threads delete or moved to an inactive forum section?

You guys are changing to DRM to prevent pirating and increase revenue. Yet you're on here taunting your customers. Isn't that sort of against what you're trying to do here? I mean you're not helping any potential customers if they're seeing this.
 
The purpose of this whole thread is to help people let some steam out, meanwhile we are on all the issues that came up.

if you have not reallized it by now, it is too late now.
