It's really not.

If IP is not in Germany and it's not a pro xy, allow in. The only 'hard' part about it is grabbing IP ranges of known vp ns/socks/data centers.

When you put it in simple terms for me, that makes much sense. Thanks Though most likely the check and double/triple check to make sure no germany ip addresses etc are allowed in for injuction reasons would make this have a more elevated degree of Ouchness for db.
