Perma banned here as well. Got the email reply after I sent them an email... it is PERMANENT

I guess you aren't perma banned then, since I can't logon to my website account, it says "your account has been banned".

I told them I have 3 toons 2 Ive been working on myself since release and my "bot" 5hrs gameplay lvl 18 still no good to them oh and paid 6 months ahead
 
Just got hit also.

No email yet, but cant login.

Looks like I will be getting a new account to play manually as I have actually enjoyed the game. But sucks to lose the 50 I had and all the crafting supplies I gathered up, also had my char I play at 300 Armorsmith and 280 Weaponsmith.

But these things happen, waiting for an email is all now to see my next step.
 
well i replied to my perma bann email, saying there lieing lol , there system has faults i have never used any third party softwares.

They told me they are sorry but they have Solid evidence that i used third party software to gain unfair advantage in Rift game world, and that the decision will not be revoked the perma bann sticks.
 
You guys were not able to connect on your website account, even if u didn't receive the famous email ?

wow what a determination! i like you already! as for me, unless they unbanned me one wasted month is enough!

There might be a chance for those who used VPN to be able to regain their "hacked" account. Gonna give it a shot tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, since it might look kinda suspicious to send a mail today, when I guess all ryftomate customers got banned.
 
anyone no of another popular rift bot? so i can go see if we are the onlyones with banwave
 
I dont believe they have a warden i had 6 six account all were running 7/24 i lost 4 of em 2 still active 4 got perma banned why other 2 still active those accounts were botting too , there is something else they are trying to fuck us down

You know whats pissing me off as this progresses? I've now received my third email all from different people.
 
mhhh that really doesn't make any sense. if it is software detection it would hit everyone with every account you botted with
 
has macro goblin been RIFT BOT Is No Longer Available for a while now??? or is that new?
