Trion has slipped another detection in sometime over a week ago.

For now, Tripwire prevents use of the bot, the shop is closing and we have a lot of work to do to find the issue. Time lost will be added to active keys.
 
I knew it was a good idea to not start botting again since the last banwave. Sorry for you guys that lost accounts again. Seems Trion really wants to get our asses down.
 
Have you considered getting rid of process names or randomizing them? Some attempt to stealth/hide ryftomate...
 
You can be sure they did everything to hide / protect / whatever do to make it as safe as possible, that is what they have always been doing. In case of Rift it just looks as Trion really spent time on developing a good anti-cheat detection or they just fully focus on ryftomate.

I know the buddyteam has the knowledge and experience to handle and avoid anti-cheat detection algorithms so i wonder if Trion took the ryftomate client and did some software re-engineering for source code analysis.
 
Hmm I have been reading the rift's process "rifterrorhandler" is the cause of the detection of the bot... It supposedly reports what you are running.

Make a post in Payments for a refund. Our shop closed the moment we saw the our accounts go offline.

Pretty the direct opposite of what you said before...

About a week or two ago... someone posted information that the bot is easily detectable... guess what.. DEVs said there is nothing that can stop us by now.... I can perfectly remember THESE WORDS by Hawker. Ha ha... all of you who used it got trolled... congrats!

Hence, I cannot sell a product which of obviously a mean deception. Sorry to say it... I loved the bot until I got banned... not because I knew that I could be banned (I knew it could happen)... just because the DEVs are simply too self-confident and do not accept help from others.

So.. once again honest customers get the bill... BUT you all knew it could happen :D Hawker I love you for this... really... made my bitchy day...


Furthermore @DaSoul... you say they are experienced... hmm... I see... you cannot say they are experienced by selling a bot which has a banwave monthly... you cant. Hence, they are not experienced... or well they are experienced in selling a bad programmed bot... ok thats a deal. You wonder what TRION did? Hmm.. I dont.. rhainland posted how simple it is to detect that thing... how is it called shit-omate? :D

In fact, I dont care at all... BUT it makes me smile that the banwave and the state of detection was announced by a community member.... and nothing was done.. just nothing. Is that what you call experienced? Doing nothing?

Please read it carefully and if there is something in there you feel is misleading or negligent, please post back. As it stands, you are frothing at the mouth in anger over something I didn't write. Meanwhile, most users accept that Trion is a canny operator and this stuff is hard. If you can't deal with that fact, you should not be botting.

I am sure that the Dev's are not letting this happen intentionally. I mean now it is actually costing them money out of pocket literally. They knew they were going to have some pie on their face for this one.... but, since this bot is the only one in the market right now that works nearly as well as this one does, then of COURSE Trion is going to focus on it. Why go after a shitty bot, with 10 subs, that doesn't really do much to alter the game's economy or players when you can go after one with a ton of subs, that actually works.

I love the part about "honest customers get the bill"........ ummmm yeah..... where am I again?

A week ago? And we just are hearing about it? Shit. I was level 15 a week ago.... lol there goes that account hahaha
 
flairdevil we know it was a week ago as one of our devs in on holiday, didn't take his computer and the account was banned. I suspect that 3 patches in 2 days was just afterwards.

I mainly refer to that post of you:

At the moment we are OK with Rift and not seeing anything that could get us. If that changes, of course we will close the auth server and kill all sessions with our tripwire. We use the bot for our own accounts and farming so we are constantly looking to make it as secure as possible.

I do not neglect that you wisely and political correct said that you are safe for the moment. I do understand that but you were told/advised/taunted in order to check something. As far as I can see as a customer... your measures were insufficient at all. Banwave is banwave - is sais (to me as pontential customer) YOU as DEVs did something not as good as you may can. Second option, TRION is really good and the game is protected like Fort Knox. In that case, you should admit that you are unable to release a stable version of your bot in which the chance of getting caught is leass than 100% (as it is NOW).

Once I again, I do strongly point out that I am not confused or angry about the fact that the first banwave hit me. I know the botting scene from WoW and Aion... and are used to the consequences... BUT it drives me mad when I see that people (DEVs) do nothing or do something wrong... and do not change the system..

Perfect example for a failed AION bot is the one from Pirox.. they recognized that they were unable to release a consistent version.. and turned the bot off. Safed my ass... thanks a lot!

Of course, I am unable to argue with programming-knowledge, I do admit that. But again: as a customer I do not care how a program is written... it has to work.. if the chance to banned is like 10%... well thats fine... but 100% (I repeat myself, I know) like it is in current times... is unacceptable... you turned of the auth servers.. of course... otherwise you would lose a lot more customers...

Removing injections could be a good start, couldnt it? I only know.. that using injections offers a quite nice and easy way to have a bot running... and passive bots are far more complex!?!?!? I am not that sure about this and will not try to be an epxert in that... because I just want it running running running... if my botting account gets banned after 4 months.. I dont care... but monthly? Come on.
 
Hi all - I use bot in Combat Assist mode - no problem, zero errors, zero problems vith others player, zero problem with Trion !!!

But i find/met in game lots of idiots (sorry for that words): they use the bot, anf if I kill him, and wait in hide in the some place for 2 min, the bot is return to me for next kill... funny. And you are surprised that you get ban?

The program is in OK. 90% of the bans is that the PPL go away from the PC and character dont answear question, or do something crazy (run to to wall, stuck, etc... ) and someone reports you...

PLS, all be realy carefure, and use yours brains !!!!!

Yep - I expect lots of flame....

new kid working at trion getting to ban the FREE accounts :D

Every day, for 3 -5 hour per day 5 days in week (since the end of last bamware) ... (I use Combat Rogue profile "mele") I play BG, and do Quest, wodl PvP... realy no problem from Trion side...
