[Official] Banwave December 18th and Demonbuddy Auth disabled

Is it possible that Blizzard could be seeing the bots hit exactly the same points on map? Sure, you may have different or randomized profiles but the bot pretty much has the same movements regardless. Some people think they won't scan ram and see DB running for legality reasons but I wouldn't underestimate Blizzard's shadiness.

My wow acc didnt get banned - have it for couple of months.
Got D3 bot 3 days ago. But i set up and ran it just last night, did lvl with it for like 5-6 hours......no ban yet.
So dont know if ppl who first time started boting last night are trolling, if not i guess my acc is flagged or smth and a new wave ban could be inc.....or not.

Also friends 2 acc got banned - he botted since very start and its his first ban. (EU)
Got another guy who bots on 5 acc but with different bot since start of d3 (alsob bots in wow and gw2) waiting for info from him will update when i get msg.
 
1/2 banned, in like time .......win8 monk 60 paragon 13 atom act3 (8 hours 7/7) not Paypal payment not sold items 1m gold in the day, win7 barb 60 paragon 63 atom act3 (14 hours 7/7) account with payment PayPal I sold items for 10? and 5/6m gold in the day, ban barb and not ban monk, I hope help this information, sorry my English.

the greatest joke is.. i handplayed to paragon 50+, had found a 2b item, sold some gold for cash, decided to try DB, and got myself banned within a day.. lol

I'd have to agree with the possibility of Blizzard keeping logs of where your bot uses town portal, at times they may be random, but take for example when your bot is finished running a particular zone. Your bot will always run to a particular spot and use town portal.

Aside from that note, is it possible in the future to implement a feature where you can specify a way point in a profile, with an additional tag of + or - value for the X,Y,Z coordinates?
 
I hope that when we return to using the bot this whole problem solved ... if I used a bot account already and has not been banned if I never connect the bot I can be banned at any time?

It's already there, it's called "UnsafeRandomDistance"
 
1/1 here, Paragon Level 100 Barb with pretty awesome gear. But hey, I knew it could happen once I started botting - time to move on :)
 
tripwire should kill all running bot if db notice scans or if blizzard update warden. but it failed

now they activated it by hand. yes its down for everyone
 
I did have 12 bots running, and also got hit last banwave 2 weeks ago and lost 9 bots the banwave before that. Just about made my money back from last ban, but spend ALOT of time getting them up and running again.... bots lost the last 9 weeks = 33 bots ..... think i start slow next time, i only have 2 backup account rdy to start level up again. I?m kinda sad.

Well still active been botting on and off for a few hours a day got my first one to 60 and upto paragon 11 was on yesterday too, so lets hope i dodged the bullet this time would like to try and make some profit if at all possible.

Im stoping that shit now, cause, i didnt use it for making money. i Use it for friends and community gearing. so its FU expensiv for me, to reject all that shit.

Oh, and my guys are all fine, but I use private profiles 99.99999999% of the time. And I'm not really on that much to tell you the truth.

Trip wire doesn't set off to warden updating, it sets off if warden is actually detecting the software and has noticeable activity... If it tripped for that simple reason, your bot would never be up ;). As far as I knew, tripwire was always a manual thing for Bossland GmbH to utilize if they felt there was a compromise.
