Riftomate is PERFECT as a bot. No problem, easy to configure, easy to use, it worth 10 each month.
BUT keep in mind that using ryfto is useless if every month there is a ban wave. That's why this time i play manually, waiting for monthly ban wave.......i prefer to bot...

I've been running the bot about 6-10 hours a day with kicks questing profiles, didn't get banned or suspended, wasnt around during previous banwaves.
Didn't get banned, so can only give some hints:
Started using Ryfto yesterday morning on a fresh acc. Leveled 20h straight (unattended grinding ;P) made it to approx. lv25 'til I got 24h disc somewhere between 5am and 6am.
Got up at about 8am and restarted Rift 'n' Ryfto, did ~5 minutes of botting 'til i saw the threads on forum by people getting banned.
In case they do a sw detection there might be several possibilities imho:
a) they started scanning somewhere about 5am (almost no time of incident specified here)
b) they start scanning after you've been logged in for x minutes (some people reported they've got their popup after botting for ~2h)
Playing on german shard, dunno if they have different schedules for this in different zones ;P
All times are Europe/Berlin (GMT+1)

No notification, assuming permanent. Can't log in via client or website.
What was the highest level character on the account you got banned on?
34 & 31. Played by hand mostly: instances, WF and did some grinding with bot. Always was at PC watching when doing so.
Did you use the bot and get banned in one of the other banwaves?
Yes. Two accounts banned in last wave. This makes three.

As a note, I'm done with this bot and the game. After seeing several banwaves (I waited after the first one, but apparently not long enough), I've concluded that there really is no security here and that whatever Trion is doing right now is not going to be beat by this group anytime soon.
I can tell you that these are not from player reports, as I make a point to talk to every person I come near when botting. I am always at the keyboard, normally talking to folks in guild, etc... while botting. Whatever they are doing to grab this bot, they are doing it strictly via code, whether it be through direct detection of the software or injected code or perhaps via actions of the bot (though this seems unlikely).
Good luck to all those that will continue to try this. Hope it turns out better for you than it did for me.

May we get an "official" response.
Its been well over 18 hours since the 1st registered complaint. I fear if it is detectable then perhaps you should take it down as to limit the damage? I would have liked to see you bring it down to protect everyone then to not say anything at all and have people get banned because they continue to bot.

I have been using a trial account while trying to learn how to make ryftomate profiles. My lvl 6 cleric is still alive and kicking.
