[Off Topic] Legal advice regarding Paypal

Today I received an email saying my paypal account had been Permanently Limited due to a breach in the terms and conditions.
Stating:
We are contacting you as we have received a report that your website
*****.org id *** is currently infringing upon the intellectual property
of James Cook

It then goes on to say
Please refer to:
- Transaction 87N3381055594...
- Transaction 0TT09623BK626...
- Transaction 6PX1044533506...

I check these transactions and they are from over 2 weeks ago and from friends or people I know on skype for perfectly legal transactions.
So lets recap;
1. Paypal limits account saying I broke the following:
Under the Acceptable Use Policy, PayPal may not be used to send or receive
payments for items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right
of publicity or privacy, or any other proprietary right under the laws of
any jurisdiction. This includes transactions for counterfeit items or
unauthorized replicas or copies of items.
2. It listed 3 transactions it thought were these actions but were ALL false, the above has NOT been broken AT ALL.
3. James Cook has succeeded in falsely closing my Paypal and locking all my money in it for a FALSE claim.
4. Paypal being the scam it is will not listen to me via email and will not allow me to dispute the claim.

I emailed James and he seems to think my email was on some website associated with infringing on his copyright when in actual fact it could of come from any website I have my paypal donate button on.
What should I do?

P.S. It appears a new game of make false reports to close accounts has begun.

1. Who is James Cook?
2. Did you have your "Donate" button on websites that regularly have copyright infringing material on them?
I mean; if you put your "Donate" button on a post of a movie on Piratebay then yeah, you're gonna get banned.

See this sort of crap is why I don't deal with Paypal.
Bunch of crooks.

No, my paypal donation link is not hidden so anyone could of just found it.
But that does not mean I can just find anyones donate button and get them perma banned.

Looks like it, how much money you talking left on the account?

I'd advise opening a dispute with Paypal over this issue if you know the transactions are legit and has nothing to do with this "James Cook" and his website.
Then I'd advise taking your money out of Paypal and never using them again as they will let scammers do anything.

I cant.... Paypal locks an account including all money on it for up to 180 days and then you can withdraw the money.
I have opened a dispute as I have nothing to hide, all my transactions can have statements from buyers that it was legit.
My Paypal donation button was not on any website associated with piracy as I would not be opening this topic as i'm not stupid.

Good luck Rabbit1 hope you get your money back in a timely manner.
