Oderbot- Fishing bot

Im using Y2Krazy's fishing profile and was working for a while but it just keeps saying "Unable to use that action at this time" and goes on to the next node and repeats. the log info says it's trying to DoAction Spell 299 0x106D0C5E. Thank you for the help
