Odd bug I have with the launcher

Error I am recieving: Could not load file or assembly "Tripper Tools, Version=1.0.0.0. Culture=neutral PublicKeyToken= [Wasnt sure if this code was personal or not] or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified." Now I know what most people are gonna say "Try to reinstall it". Well I did and that is not the issue so I would like to know if anyone has a idea on how to fix this issue. This is my first time using Honorbuddy so I am also nooby on it. This is also my first time launching it

I still have the same error after trying all of the methods suggested by you guys. I do have C++ Redi and .NET. So any other suggestions :/?

EDIT: Now when I log in with my product key it first says Authentication failed and then when I do it a second time it shows the error. I would also like to ask what is my buddy shop id? I thought it was just the product key. How do I set up a buddy shop account?
