This pops up as soon as I hit start. I have reinstalled DB a few times now. Any help would be appreciated!

Discord and Razor Syn. This is the first I have used DB since Necro patch. I did use both of these prior.

Found the culprit. Have been playing Black Desert online and was auto fishing in the background. Apparently BDO runs a anticheat system. Once I logged completely out of the game, DB started right up. Thanks for the help Tony!
