My point was that version won't be the latest one, very soon :)

EDIT: The TouchAndGo strategy can get you stuck in the northwestern CWH botanist nodes. Happens to the ephemeral profile too. This doesn't eat from your favor time though.

EDIT2: Had an extra(?) EnableFlight settings file in my character's settings folder. Will check if this doesn't happen now.

EDIT3: The normal and TouchAndGo hotspots are flipped on the botanist_churningmists.

By stuck, you mean stuck for few secondes or bot can't move untill user restart it ?

The bot keeps trying to move indefinitely. Manually moving it higher allows it continue. The profile doesn't get stuck.

It's seem that one Exmatt's update broke some nodes, the bot is trying to fly lower than before..

I'm running it right now to found if there is other node broken. I'll update it as soon as I can.

I can't seem to get it right for everything... and to be honest, i'm not sure the last update I made is better or worse. the benefit is you won't get stuck in front of a wall and have it spam collision detected generating new path, over and over like it used to sometimes....however now I am hearing about this issue of flying too low (which could only possibly happen at the first waypoint). I didn't want to spend too much more time with flying until Mastahg at least finishes with his CanLand method he is working on.

I didn't blame you or anything when I said that, your work is awesome, I just meant that last update broke a bit my profil in SoC and I had to update it

I managed to set an higher location to reach, like this the bot'll do an higher parabolic move :)

Yea, I was going to ask someone to try something out as welll... i don't gather aba mistletoe or lemons anymore because those nodes are problematic for landing and not worth it unless I am not afk.... but.... I think they might work if you set Radius="2" on those gather elements. If anyone is willing to try this and report back after a few rounds, I would appreciate it =).
 
Dravanian hinterlands mining favor, stuck at 23,25 in between 2 rocks while trying to get to a node.
 
Bot has managed to pull some aggro in all the sets of nodes in BOT Hinterlands with the latest svn. In all the cases, it was while flying.
 
Great profile , I find it more efficient than masters mainly due to the over stealhing thing ATM. One idea I had which is I'm sure possible but may be tricky is , is there a way to deplete 2 of the nodes on two of the sets before it pops the item. I.e. Get 4 of the nodes down to where they would only need one swing left. Also have it not gather fire clusters once it farms concealed item, this is another waste of time, thanks a lot.

Someone already asked me this before

I just spoke with ExMatt about pre-hitting node and skip cluster / avoid concealed until new pop.

About pre-hitting, he can do it but when is not determined yet and about skip / avoid, there is nothing sure about this because he need to figure out how detect if concealed was already gathered or not, so mb it'll be possible mb not.

Spent a few hours today trying to find a way to tell if a node has been partially depleted via game memory and it doesn't seem to exist in close relation to the Node object. I 'm sure there are multi-level pointers that go somewhere and specify this value, but at this point we can just create entries in a dictionary with a removal callback of some sort.

Question: If you partially deplete a concealed node, and then interact with a single node at each of the other 2 hotspots, does this also clear the depletion of the concealed node? or, Does it make the concealed node disappear?

It could be done, depending on what happens with the concealed nodes, or it could just leave us in a place where it would be worse to do.
EDIT: This is in relation to the fire clusters gathering after ^. It might not put us in a better place. On that same note..if anyone is up for the challenge, get out your favorite reverse engineer tools and fork my github and give it a shot =P.


I have already added an attribute that will allow profiles to create a setup of 1 hit left, but I need to test it before I send it out. hopefully that will be done today.

No reset and no disapear, the node will just stay here with 25-100% "hp" untill a new one pop or we depleted it or we leave the map.

Yea, but next time around the bot will just go ahead and open up that node again...there is no way for me to detect the "HP" value that I have found.
 
The message "You sense a concealed gathering point nearby!" pops up in chat every time a concealed node becomes usable again. You don't have to check for anything else.

If a new one pops up, will the old one disappear? Also could it pop up as the same node?
 
Yes the old one disappears and yes it can pop on the same place. You can just ignore all the concealed nodes until the message pops up. From the start of the profile.

Ok so here is the plan...how long it takes me to get to it..not sure.

if you set alwaysgather to false, then if nothing in your list is on the node it will close out the gather. That will leave you in the state you would want to be.

Blacklisting concealed nodes after interacting with them would consist of being blacklisted for the larger of these 2 values (15 seconds, time left on aura (is there a single name for the aura? or will i have to check all the ids?))

Clear nodes from blacklist when we get the system message (will have to put an attribute to support other language clients for this so we can match the string value).

Yea... probably won't be doing this too soon as I am now working 50-70 hours a week and raiding 12-20 (still haven't downed a4s....carrying my groups dps as BRD :( ... ).
 
Hmm, unless I'm missing an orderbot quirk, I don't see why you need those 2 values. Completely ignoring all concealed nodes should be the default state, which you only change for one single node when the message pops up. And yes, each favor has its own id.

Anyway, no need to rush on this, it's still faster than it would be if done manually in the long run.
