If you have EU version of D3 then you can only connect with paypal account registered in EU.

If I read it well - 1) Blizz stores info about the country where you account was originally sold 2) They check your paypal country and compares with it.
So you need two things: 1. US D3 copy, 2. US paypal.
Is that correct? Can someone confirm?

hmm thats knd of odd. i was working under the presumption that you need a working phone number and ip and an paypal account the has its residence in the rmah country to use it, otherwise youd just get banned on the first transaction?
