No, only the shoulders and chests have +10% experience from quests completed and mobs killed.

definaently get the two of the 1 handed maces bloody something or w/e jstu use a green or smoethign till your 40 also get hte shoulders and the chest and youll be 80 in no time i got my to 80 in about 10 days maybe less of play time

Get your shoulders and chest for the +20% exp. and mabye try to win the fishing tourny for the +5% exp ring. then get your wep.
