WOT shuts down ever since 9.3. How long should I wait for the new version?

I pressed start after wot shut down.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Did all of that. Nothing changed. As soon as bot starts, WOT closes. Followed your instructions twice. Still does not work with WOT. What should I do now. It hasn't worked since the 9.3 update. US server. Please respond.
