Not working- Either crashes or wont login

Cant login it either crashes or login doesn't work and just re-appears.

Then I spend an hour creating a forum ID just to get support. This support is ridiculous.

Head on that and register with the email you used to purchase DB. kill the sessions that are in used and try logging into DB again.

seems that maybe when the login works it crashes, cant tell for sure but ive attached the code error line pic when I debug the crash. May help?

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
