Not walking up to mobs

In my questing profile, im playing a feral druid and when a ranged mob aggros me my bot will look at it and not move up to it. Need some help please i'm new here and loving this bot.

like what just happened my druid engaged a ranged mob killed it but there was an add in the camp that was ranged and my druid turns around and just looks at it.

Yes, I reclosed and restarted it many times. Also didn't work to well in battlegrounds it leaped on them and couldnt move to them at all.
