Not using tripwire and honorbuddy freezes at checking store products

After the latest update to WoW, Honorbuddy does not run in VMware 12.5.5 using the Windows 8 operating system in the virtual environment. I have followed the instructions in other posts, such as disabling all my store items, clearing caches, reinstalling Honorbuddy, etc. to no avail.

Update: There is a new beta Honorbuddy version out that should fix this issue according to support. I will try it in VMware...
