Not sending new authentication code

I am trying to start up AB on a new VMware and its telling me im logging in from an new location and to enter in the authentication code sent to my e-mail address. Well its not sending me the code. I've tried repeating the login to get the servers to resend me the code and its not sending me. It's not in spam folder or anywhere. I really need this problem solved so I can use AB again.
