Not reviving

Upon death, bot not reviving. DB window shows the death but nothing happens. This is new with .755. Did full DB install with .755, still have the problem.

The text in the DB window:

Tested .758 with high GR, confirm do not revived is fixed. So far so good !!! Thanks for the help
