Not prioritizing rare pokemon and ignoring the ignore list

I was watching my pokefarmer run today and noticed that it is not prioritizing the rare pokemon list and is ignoring what I told it to ignore. Not sure whats going on.

did it work? first time doing this.

i had ratattas ignored and it was catching them. I also had wartortle prioritized over a caterpie and it went for the caterpie first.

Can you post a screenshot of your "Catching settings" ?
