I purchased HB yesterday and am just trying to use the bot now but when I log in I get this error.

Could not connect to the authentication server. It may be too busy to process your request. Please wait a few minutes and try again!
Authentication failed.

I read another topic were someone said try to log in here.

So I did and it says NOT PAID! I am positive I payed. I can prove it if I need to. Can someone help me please?
 
Same problem here!!! I am getting the same exact error, cannot authenticate. I tried to login to http://hb.buddyauth.com/ and it says NOT PAID. I paid for a 1 year sub to honor buddy, on 05.03.2010 5:56 AM via paypal. I still have my receipt. I think your login servers are messed up.
 
Same for me =/ And they are wondering why ppl choose to "crack" their programs.. :S
 
I pm'ed two people including boss about my problem and still no response....
 
same here, sent 5 pm's now with full payment details. I am not even a new customer I have had my account for a few months and I paid for a year and its just been shut off for some reason.
 
I think we should get a better customer support. I payed $35 for this bot and I don't like wasting money... Maybe you should try to get more people other than Bossland that can check and verify payments?
 
it could be a case of you having duplicate invoices.
 
It should be all cleared now, i fixed the shop again - it is still all DDoS related, now i am going to answer yesterdays PMs.
