Not opening

I downloaded the new HB but everytime I try opening HonorBuddy it doesnt open why is this happening?

check in your Hb folder for a log?
is there any txt log file in logs folder?

Nope its right when I download a new copy of HB and it doesnt load

there is no error window or something?

on what OS are you?

No error or nothing sits in my task manager but not up on screen or icon down in the right corner im running windows 7 professional
