yes i do, so im gonna attach the log files, to see if it helps. It started transferring some but not everything.

it's not going to transfer everything, it'll just transfer those that meet a certain requirement that you've set.

so ive looked into the transfer setting, it has changed. In the pass you were able to select keep 3,2,1 of everthing. Is that an option or do i have to go in and manually set each individual rule for each pokemon?

It has to be done for each and every pokemon

I'd suggest checking this thread out, because users share their transfer settings. Especially if the above is too much of a hassle for you.
