Not opening doors/gates, also not looting blues/yellows

For the last couple days DB has been unable to open non-destructable gates/doorways (I have to manually click it when I see it). It also has stopped looting blues and yellows. I have deleted/reinstalled DB a few times and this has not helped.

I think I found what was causing it. I had set "Ignore trash further away than:" to 0 so that the bot would run through trash (using the LoN Locus Swarm speed build). I changed it back and it's opening doors now and picking up loot items.
