Not interacting correctly while doing quests

Hello.

I'm trying to do quests, but apparently the bot can not talk to 90% of the NPCs or interact with the portals. The bot simply stares at the NPC and portal.
It is impossible to take advantage of the bot because I have to stay in front of the computer all the time, which makes the bot lose its meaning.

Yes. Tried with phelons Trinity and with default Trinity.

Bot is completely useless by now. will my key get extended?
