Not getting the "buddy" profile

Hello community!

I bougt HB 3 days ago and my forum account still havent updated to that "buddy" thing :<
I would appreciate some kind of help or response to let me know what's up. Whether it's a mistake or bug, or I have to do something personally.

just ask for a pass reset on forums
ddos attack makes this issue between auth server and forums server
