Not entering "Portal" in "Riff" runs

Does anybody have problems with BOT not entering "Portal" that connects to another floor? This happens when the random riff run is the layout of Pandemonium Fortress. It has lots of connecting floors that uses "Portals" to proceed. The character seems to just be going around and around and around not knowing where to go!

Anybody has the same problem?
