Not casting spells after update

Did a fresh install of honorbuddy and all CRs and still only auto attacks.

Having same problem the spells are dark like there on cool down.

I think it's wow. I played for a bit without hb and it was doing that to me. If you log out then back in it resets it but it's not a permanant fix, it will go grey again
