Not Attacking

hey guys, i've installed the shamwow profile and im setting my shaman up herbing and mining but when he gets attacked he doesn't attack and instead just stands there. Gathering is fine so it's just the profile, i extracted it to the correct folder so i'm not sure what to do now. Any help would be awesome.
